I just wanted to stop by and say how much I love your Diamante socks! As soon as I'm done with the Lacy Scallop socks (or callously toss them aside) Diamante will be up to bat.

i saw your pattern and will add it to my (long) to-be-knit list. fortunately, i just doubled my stash of sock yarn, so the start of some socks may be sooner rather than later.

i dropped on by to say "I HAVE BIG FEET, TOO!!" it's really cool to see a pattern that i won't have to alter (and worry about not having enough yarn) to get to fit my foot. yay!!!

Agnes

First time visitor here ... just want to say I love your sock pattern! I would sure make it ... just hope soon. :) Have a nice week.

Congratulations on the fantastic sock pattern! I love toe up socks and love that you include where in the chart to alter the length to fit. Thanks! I'm looking forward to working on diamante...

From one big-footed girl to another - Thanks for such a beautiful pattern! I bet you'll see a lot of this one during the next Sockapalooza! :)

Ariannah Armstrong

I just dropped by to say your Diamante sock looks very pretty and interesting to knit! I also have big feet, and got my husband to print this one off for my (long) sock queue :)

Congrats on what looks to be a fabulous pattern! I can't wait to give them a go =)

CONGRATS TOO! And I loved your "confession." I wear size 12N shoes, and I'm so delighted to find a sock pattern that is for my long feet!

thank you!

Christine

I am still completely swooning over those socks. I am fascinated by them. I even have some solid yarn that I think is calling their name... GREAT pattern! I can't wait to make them!

Do you have any idea when the new Knitty will be out? What? Oh it's out?

Of course it is. Love the socks! They've gone on my must knit list.

Deb

I'm wondering if you have Italian heritage. Diamante is a quaint Mediterranean seaside town just south of Naples. If knit in a Mediterranean colorway, your socks would almost remind me of Diamante's panoramic views.

khasut

I was hoping the Diamante would be for *big* feet, not just long ones. My feet are about 9" circumference - any suggestions on increasing the around-size? Would just moving up a needle size or so cover it?

blueadt

I've cast on for one sock in Red Uni - will be posting progress pics soon.

Thanks for a lovely pattern!

nicole

love the pattern!

questions though...
- can you advise on making this on DPNs?
- i've never down toe-up socks. is it difficult??
- the recipient of these socks has tiny feet. other than just not making the leg short and the foot not as long, anything else to know??

can't wait!! i have my lorna's lace and am ready to go!
